LOVE IT!
Initially I was reluctant to try this because of some of the reviews and frankly it was much pricier than most mascaras I have used but I am so glad I did. This mascara definitely plumps, lengthens my lashes and goes on smoothly. For years I have never applied a second coat to my mascara as it will always clump up but this mascara allows me to apply a second coat (not that I really need to) with no clumps, matting or lumps and it actually seems to lift my lashes. Also, maybe its just me, but usually when I apply my mascara the lashes on one eye seem to look better than the other but with the IT mascara they both look amazing. This is now my go to mascara!

Clumpy mess aus
Great color but clumpy on first time use.
Only used for a few weeks and really like the dark black color. If the product wasn’t so clumpy and thick it could be buildable. More than one coat and you have a clumpy flaky mess and it’s very hard to resolve the clumps. I think the concept of this product is right on, but the formula needs to be improved. Maybe thinner and more buildable formula that dries a bit slower? Maybe put a tighter neck on the container to remove more clumps? Also this product is difficult to remove, even with good waterproof makeup remover. Too much effort to go through for poor results. Will watch to see if “it cosmetics” improves this mascara before buying.

Not worth the $$$
I received a small size as a sample of this mascara and I loved it! So I decided to buy the full size. To my disappointment it was not like the sample at all. It’s clumpy, the brush soaks up way too much mascara!!! I even emailed IT, and they recommend I buy their special high quality make up remover to clean the mascara brush. I feel that for the money I spent on the mascara I shouldn’t have to buy an expensive cleaner to clean the brush. When I close the mascara tube excess mascara oozes out of the opening. It’s messy, puts on way too much mascara and therefore leaves your lashes clumpy, filled with too much product.

Superhero Mascara is a *******
Amazing product that I must tell everyone about. Over 60 yrs young and I've tried too many mascaras to even mention. I stopped buying them and even stopped using mascara. But as I have tried many IT products and love them, use them daily, I gave this a try.
There has never been a claim more true. One application is amazing, and a second swipe on the lashes, beyond gorgeous. I will NEVER be with out this mascara unless Miss Jamie comes up with another miracle product. Try it and be blown away. By the way I get so many compliments all the time. A friend asked me if I had lash extensions !!!

Great! Except for minor flaw
My grandma bought this for me to try since she knows I love make up. I am always trying out new mascara. This is probably the best yet if going off of length, color, and volume. However, I do notice that if you wear the mascara long/put on one too many coats it flakes off ALL DAY. It’s sort of frustrating since this is a great mascara. A lot of the reviews read that too much formula comes out. This is true, but that is extremely manageable. Since it is a thicker formula, it glides on easy. You just have to take your time with it. The only issue I have is the flaking. Small formula tweaks could remedy this. Let a girl build up that mascara!

Only works well at first.....
Pleaseeeeee listen IT cosmetics....I absolutely love the fullness and lift this product delivers. Having said that, at about two weeks in the tube and spooly get really messy. Product oozes out when twisting close. Spool is really clumpy and at that point it won’t go on ‘clean’. Looks thick and pasty and you can forget about applying to the lower lashes at this point. This is an expensive mascara but it delivers amazing results only for a couple of weeks. I wear all of your products/brushes but this one needs some tweaking. As soon a I find a brand that delivers I’m out....PLEASE revise the tube and find a way to keep this product from clumping so soon into opening. Please!

I've used Hello Lashes since your company introduced it. I'm 67 and I've gone from extremely full lashes to skimpy one's that go in every direction! My daughter introduced me to Superhero, I bought it, tried it, and now my lashes look normal and more full, not quite what I used to have, but, Hey, at 67, they look much better than before I began using Superhero!! Thank you for such wonderful products!! I also use CC+ as my foundation that covers age spots and old acne scars! And, I swear by your Brow Power, now that my eyebrows are diminishing like crazy! I would look my age or even older if not for your "magical" products! Thank you so much!!

Best mascara I have ever used.
I have been using mascara for 10+ years and I always thought I knew what a good mascara was. I ended up getting a sample of this mascara and everything changed, now I compare every single mascara to this one. With other brands you see these before and after photos and they look amazing but usually we dont get that same result. I literally showed my husband a side by side of my lashes and the lashes shown on the mascara box and they were identical. The packaging is very simple and plain but that's okay because when a product is this good it doesn't need to be in a extravagant package. It is my favorite mascara of all time so I don't need to mess around with other mascaras.
