Für einen perfekten Lidstrich hebe den Kopf leicht an und schaue möglichst gerade in den Spiegel. Setzte den Eyeliner in der Mitte des Augenlids direkt am Wimpernkranz an und ziehe eine dünne Linie zum äußeren Augenwinkel.

Goes on smooth, but hate the sharpening!
Back in 2016, I was on a quest to find the perfect eyeliner. I bought several high end brands, but loved the IT liner. It went on smooth, didn't require sharpening, and lasted a long time. For some reason they discontinued my favorite, and so I bought this version without realizing it needed to be sharpened. It goes on smooth, but the liner breaks when sharpening since it's so soft. I can't stand sharpening an eyeliner pencil...nothing like getting poked with sharp edges. As soon as this one is gone (which likely won't be long since it took 3 tries without the tip breaking off) I'm switching to the one that doesn't need sharpening.

I used to love it....
First let me say how shocked I was to found out that my favorite all-time waterproof eyeliner changed. at first I thought something was wrong with the latest one that I bought, because it would still twist at the bottom but you would not come up… Then I realize you all changed the design and it’s supposed to be sharpened now… However it is not easy to sharpen and is not smooth at all when sharpened. please bring back the original design. I’m begging you. I was already paying a lot, what else do you want from me?! You get one star because once I was able to scratch this stuff onto my eye lid… it still stayed on all day!

Bring back the old No Tug!!!!
What a HUGE disappointment to discover that you have done away with the twist up version of No Tug! Took me 20 minutes to realize the feature was gone after trying to twist the bottom over and over. No one wants to have to sharpen eyeliner. This was the greatest eye liner EVER and you guys have ruined it. I’m sure it’s cheaper to manufacture this way, but you are going to lose a LOT of loyal customers. Don’t give in to cutting corners and making an inferior product on account of cost. You have a great product line and that is a quick way to ruin it and turn people off!

Horrible new design!
I loved the original no-tug design with the self sharpening twist up end. This new design, like others have said, tricked me. The bottom still twists, but nothing happens. Every time I sharpen this the end breaks off. I wear minimal amounts of makeup, and the old design used to last me around 4 months. I'm 1 weeks into this and it's near gone due to all the product being wasted as it breaks off when sharpened and leaves massive jagged edges. Even when I get a good sharpening result it's clumpy! There's nothing smooth about design after the initial point is used. Horrible waste of money, time and effort. I never write reviews, but this is worse than cheap drugstore brands now!

Don't bother!
This product was very good but they changed the packaging and they don't tell you that when one is ordering. There is no longer a sharpener that comes with the pencil --I thought the thing was broken and I just couldn't get the sharpener out. Turns out one needs to use a separate sharpener on this pencil. I tried using one of my and it only wasted a bunch of the eyeliner. What a joke! I chated with someone named Tina and all she would do is tell me it is now in the product description--why would I read a product description on something I have used for years. Nor did she offer to make good onthis and send me a sharpener. She directed me to buy one on the website. Forget it they just lost me.

Need the old retractable no tug eyeliner back!!
So disappointed! I've used the retractable no tug eyeliner for years and I loved it! I unknowingly bought the new "sharpenable" eyeliner and I could not get it to sharpen for the life of me. The casing is so hard, it just kept cracking the more I tried to sharpen it. I had to throw it away. Unfortunately, I had purchased more than just one so now I have spent $$$ for something that will only last about a week. Please bring back the retractable no tug eyeliner. In the mean time, I'll be looking for a new eyeliner. I really hate to leave a bad review, but they have got to know that it just doesn't work!!! So sad!

PLEASE BRING BACK ORIGINAL!!!
PLEASE bring back the original No Tug Waterproof Eyeliner that is retractable!!! I have been searching every formula out there to try and find the same waterproof formula and nothing compares to your original formula for staying power. Also having it retractable is much less messy and can travel in purse. Also I have used your lip pencils (same staying formula as original eyeliner) and noticed that you don’t have those anymore either. Is IT Cosmetics going to be coming out with lip pencil? With all the bad reviews, maybe IT should go back to original formulas for eye and lip!!! PLEASE PLEASE!! I’m tired of searching...

NO NO NO
Uhg, this is not the same as the original No Tug Anti Aging Gel Eyeliner. The sharpening is a mess, you have to be very careful not to break off the tip, but it still breaks. It doesnt glide on as well as the original and i am so very sad about not being able to have something that i absolutely loved from IT. I am currently trying other brands of similar products and am also those brands for my other IT products, i like to get everything at once and in sets. As soon as you bring this back, i will be an IT girl again. Until then, i am finding other products that i like by experimenting.
