Wanted to love it...but didn't:(
I've been a philosophy Purity fan for over a decade and was excited when this came out (because I love Jamie and all things IT!). I've made it to the bottom of my jar and won't be reordering. I felt it didn't 'melt' away my mascara as well as Purity does. Plus, when I would rinse my face I felt it left a film on my eyes almost-- like my eyes still had a bit of product in them. I'm 47 years old so I obviously have been washing my face for a long time-- I just didn't feel like this got all the eye makeup off. So back to Purity. Disappointed in this product but still an IT girl!

Not a fan!
I love IT products and enjoy using many of them because they work! This one - not so much! it doesn't do the job as described. After trying this 4-5 nights in a row I decided to do a test and following the "cleansing" of my skin with Bye Bye Makeup I then used a cotton pad with witch hazel and confirmed that indeed it just didn't get all of the CC cream off of my skin. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! So into the drawer with all of the other losers that claim to do one thing but really don't do as promised. Personally I feel I wasted $$ on this product.

I'm in love
I have severely sensitive skin and this is the first makeup remover that I have ever used that didn't break out my skin - it actually improves it every time I use it. It doesn't take a lot of the product; a little goes a long way. Oh, wow, it glides on so easily to my skin and completely dissolves all of my It Cosmetics. It leaves my skin soft and supple. Best of all, it does not cause breakouts or harm my skin in any other way. I massage it onto dry skin and wipe it off with a warm washcloth. My skin looks amazing since I started using It Cosmetics only on my skin. Try it, you will love it too. I know, I'll never be without it.

Difficult Skin
I am turning 50 this year and have spent my adult life trying to have decent looking skin. I had very oily skin that was prone to breakouts until about 10 years ago. Even though my skin is no longer oily, I have to be careful what I put on my face as it will still breakout like a pubescent teen. I started using the Melting Balm about a month ago and LOVE it. My face has never been soft until now. I actually glow! I had a nurse in my doctor's office ask me what I was using. I have NEVER had anyone want to have the same skin as me. Between the Melting Balm and the Confidence in a Compact, I finally have the look I have been longing for since I was 12!!!!

Love this product!
I purchased this with a bundle of products on QVC and am very impressed with how well it removes my usual makeup. After trying other balm or melt away type cleansers, I fully expected my mascara to still be on, but this removed it all and leaves my skin very clean and soft! I only gave four stars because it is a bit pricey, and also because I tried on waterproof mascara today for the first time and after two tries, mascara and raccoon circles are still present. That is okay with me because I usually do not use waterproof mascara, but if you do you will need to put in a little extra work. I leave it on for sixty seconds, and still did not come off after two tries.

Truly the "BALM!!"
I have been using other IT Cosmetic products and LOVE them...so I thought I would try the Bye Bye Makeup Remover because it seemed like any cleanser I used didn't completely remove my makeup; not to mention the amount of mascara left behind. This product is nothing short of AMAZING!! It removes makeup and mascara and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and clean. So far nothing in this line has disappointed me.

Makeup remover and face cleanser
I bout this a couple weeks ago and use it at night to remove my makeup and cleanse face. It works so fast and makes my skin feel amazing!!!

Does an excellent job
I received a deluxe sample in my large order. So glad, because I had really wanted to try this. It works! It doesn’t hurt my eyes when I remove mascara. Gets the other make up very nicely. I still use my gentle foaming face wash as my second cleaner, because that is what I choose to do. It works for me. This make up remover came in handy when our building did sudden repairs & brown sludge came out of the faucet . I put this make up remover on, as directed, removed with a tissue. I did not do any washing with water. My make up was off, and my skin was fine. Great product. I will be buying it! I don’t want to be without this. I highly recommend it.
